The new self check-in menus make guests invisible to workers. This isn't just at this McDonald's, but most fast food places. It's frustrating when waiting to pay cash. They delivered our food which was nice. Nice worker.

Absolutely ridiculous experience. I witnessed a lady wait for 40 minutes by the register to take her order because she didn’t have a card. One worker was doing next to nothing.
