Arlem at the truck counter is the best. I was fighting with pilot for nearly 2 hours on printing a pick up paper and BOL....my company sent the documents to loves and Arlem had it complete in about .3 seconds....he is great in customer service, with a perfect attitude, I hope loves promotes him!
