If you are pulling a 31' trailer and need gasoline, the exit to the gas pumps are blocked with a curb/parking spots making exiting VERY DIFFICULT!

It’s large, clean, and fully stocked with the essentials (and then some). Bonus is the laundry area. There’s a Subway onsite if you want something more than the food in the store. It’s a big lot with plenty of space to maneuver a travel trailer.
