We experienced semi issues and had a truck pick up our tractor. We then made arrangements to leave the trailer overnight with the night manager. We returned the following day to retrieve the trailer, and the day manager had had it towed to impound in Minot. Our driver had to travel the additional distance to the impound yard, and $1,500 later, we were able to retrieve our truck. All our drivers have been instructed to refrain from using any Pinnacle facility in the future. Any expenses associated with Pinnacle will not be reimbursed without prior approval. I would leave a negative star rating if I was able to.
