Why 1 star? I'm sitting on the can writing this needing toilet paper and no one will answer the phone number of record. As the stall was out of paper when I entered, I can only assume these people do not wipe and possibly do not wash up after handling certain necessary business. Not sure how to handle this one, but I will.
