Normal gas station and convenience store just OK but will have the basics

This place is a MESS! 1/2 the toilets and sinks are always out of order. Lot is a dump. Potholes are huge. Pumps are always broke down. No dump station as advertised. Want to camp in their parking lot? They don’t seem to care. Broken down trucks everywhere. Dump !
