Customer satisfaction is garbage. My wife was belittled in front of at at least 10 other people because she wanted her punch card punched. If you offer incentives to business don't make rude remarks and treat people badly because you don't care about customers. This happened today at 1 pm.

Our normal stop on the way from Kimberly to Madison. Nice area and clean facilities.

The place is nothing but a pay to park lot and a truck wash now. Apparently it burned a while back and the owner decided to charge for parking in a pothole lot rather than shutting everything down and rebuilding.
