The general staff was very nice and the building is always clean. However! The security officer in the casino was rude, obnoxious and unprofessional. He leans in the way of the ATM and the card/players club. It stands by the ATM. He’s just daring someone to ask him to move.

The ac in the Heavener Travel Plaza is awsome. Cheapest ice in town, and the supervisors are amazing.
