I had a great experience at MHC Kenworth. The new parts manager was the one who handled my transaction. He was very professional and even took the time to tell my boss over the phone how he could get put in their system with a credit card on file so we would have an account there.

Service is no good .. parts is great but don't take your truck for any Service they lie to you every time

2020 kw 680 had tcm put on power steering fixed took 2 weeks to get truck back. after pre trip discovered they forgot to tighten air line. Terrible overall experience
