Brought my truck in for it’s first PM and I was able to schedule my own time to be in! Was there at 7am on the dot and they had my truck in and out in just over an hour. Everyone there was awesome, customer service was great, and I appreciate getting me in and out! Thanks guys!

Service guy is 0% helpful and in no way wants to help with anything. Good job tri county international. I guess ill be buying a freightliner next time. If you need parts and thet wont take your money over the phone (which they wont) call k and r truck parts in gr.

Decent place. I had to take my truck back a few times in order for it to be fixed correctly, but this was an off issue.
