Tru by Hilton Ashland

I enjoyed my stay at the location. I accidentally messed up my reservation but Stephon helped me fix it. His customer service was excellent. The rooms were clean and up to date. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

A very pleasant stay. The ladies at the reception are nice and helpful. Rooms need updating, but clean. The breakfast was good, although there was a small selection of products. The machine that makes pancake itself was great - the kids were happy. Coffee and tea available all the time. Billiards and board games in the lobby.
