Room was great, nothing to complain about there. A little disappointed with the breakfast options. Only hot item really was a waffle maker. Luckily I had other plans.

If there was a better option in Monett I would stay there. The front desk people are very friendly but there is not much they can do to improve the systemic leadership/owner issues with this location.

Very clean, beds are comfy.
