The owners are the rudest most ungrateful people I've ever meet

I travel to western New York every 6 months for business/pleasure and always stay at the budget hotels since I just need a place to sleep so don't expect a whole lot. But this motel was very nice and a stop up from your standard budget motel.

If I could post a zero star review I would. Went to the hotel because my truck broke down and the place stunk. The hallways were horrible. They put me in my first room and there was cockroaches in the dresser drawer, so I asked them to move …
