The owner of this company thinks they should be able to pay under $14/hour. Gross. If you can’t afford to pay a livable wage, you can’t afford to pay an employee. Employers who do this are the actual abusers of the welfare system. Their employees end up on benefits for because the owner can’t afford to/wont pay a livable wage.
