Even with a scheduled appointment, it was indicated I would be waiting hours for the job to be completed. I then had to make arrangements to be picked up. Would have been nice to know that ahead of time.

I would go with a larger company with more employees. I scheduled in advance and had to wait 2 days for the appointment ,for someone to call me in the morning to change my appointment to late afternoon. Last time I support Small Business.. Don’t fall for their dumb commercials on the radio. Go with Safelite .
