Had a windshield put in and in leaked so they put more silicone on it and it still leaked then they put a second windshield in it and it leaked in the same place so they put more silicone and it still leaks I'll never use pfaffs again so …

I called in the morning and they had my auto glass replaced by the afternoon. These guys also charged me $200 less than what Safelite quoted me. Very appreciative of their good work and commitment to stellar customer service.
