I left a message for someone to call back for a quote and they did. Unfortunately I already found someone else but they did return my call and discuss with me anyways and was very nice and friendly. I would definitely consider them next time again based on their professionalism alone.

These folks have fixed two windows for me so far and it's been great both times, and about $100 cheaper than safelite.
