I’ve been to other Freightliners in the past with not a great experience. These guys are the best. They were friendly and had my DEF pump diagnosed, replaced, and submitted for warranty within 3 hours.

It's hit or miss with the level of "Customer Service" you receive in the Service Department here. Scott the Manager always goes above and beyond to treat us with respect and appreciation for bringing our RV there for service or repairs. But …
