Came in to get the starter fixed instead they changed a belt and didn’t put a hose back on correctly. 20 mins later it popped off while going 40mph. I can’t open the hood fully because the hose got stuck. Luckily I was near Walmart and was able to pull over.

Got me on the schedule fast.. I don't care for the slow updates everybody has to email everybody when they're 50 ft apart. I remember when service managers actually took care of service..
