Website said they were open all day and open for lunch, arrived at 12:15 to a sign that stated they’d be back at 1pm

Came here to provide a urine sample for my drug screening since I got a new job and despite the business hours starting at 9am they weren't open. Came back at around 10, still not open. Door was locked, lights were off, no signs of anyone …

By far the most unprofessional people I have ever met. The receptionist was very confrontational and rude. I am frankly surprised they have not been shut down.
