Nova Medical Centers

The Nurse practioner was aggressively rude. Needs to work on her attuide and how she communicates with patients. Did not measure my neck circumference correctly. Supposed to measure when standing up not sitting down. Needs to be retrained on how to do her job correctly.

Honestly if could've been better

All staff is helpful and always courteous, but the last 2 visits i have not received my meds. I have called several times without any process to get the problem resolved. Saw doctor last week and it was a mistake that i did not receive my meds. . Everything is good
