Immediate Care of Oklahoma - Yukon

Didn't go in person, just annoyed that when you call you have to sit there for 10 minutes listening to a recording before you can even speak to someone. I had a simple question, don't feel like waiting 10 years for an actual person to answer.

The PA who saw my daughter today with last name starting with H… August 20,2022 was awesome ! Excellent bedside manners ! We felt welcomed ! Very empathetic! Did all the necessary test to rule out flu etc Knowledgeable! Excellent staff including the medical assistant who said she just graduated from OU this May and receptionist!

I went in for a left ear infection yesterday and told me that my ear drum was sucking it’s self in to the point that I couldn’t sleep for three days I went to a ER today and found out that I have a double ear infection
