Randomly canceled my doctor's appointment. I scheduled a month in advance. They canceled the appointment the day of for no reason and gave me attitude.

Tried to make an appointment with my primary care physician and was shut down immediately by the receptionist. The facility is clearly strained and overworked, but I have never been spoken to so rudely by a healthcare representative. They were so impatient and hung up on me twice without warning.
