I interacted with Rhonda, Jamie, and Tommy, can't think of any way the experience could have been improved, they were all quite pleasant to deal with.

I had an appointment for 10:45. On the sign and Sheet myself and only one other person had appointments however they kept calling back everyone else but people with the appointments. What is the point of having an appointment and you clearly look over people with appointments. Definitely not a good way to run a business
