I have come here twice in the past decade and always have a normal and positive streamlined experience. Staff were kind and patient!

Had an appointment today at 3:00. It's Wednesday March 5th 2025. Apparently they went home for the day. After I took time off of work to be here. Terrible customer service.

The staff is rude and dismissive. The woman who was supposed to take my fingerprints was unable to do so, and simply told me to call technical support. Instead of showing any empathy, she just said “I have to leave,” and walked away. I cannot fathom treating a potential client in such a manner.
