I had a great experience today at the DLO COUNCIL CROSSING location. Sheri took care of me and was professional, friendly and highly skilled. The blood draw was painless! Thank you, Sheri!

Took my daughter here for blood work. We waited approximately 7 minutes after checking in on the kiosk and then was called back. Sherry was who worked with us and she was phenomenal. My daughter is terrified of needles and Sherry was very kind and comforting. She has wonderful beside manner.

I am a nurse that drops off labs occasionally to this place and there is an older white woman there who is so rude and mean. I try to smile and say thank you to her and she’s just so unpleasant towards me. It’s happened multiple times and …
