Dr Romer helped me a lot with my back problem. I received a great service from Dr Romer and the rest of the staff

Their medical records department (Alex and Patty) don't respond timely to medical records requests and never return your phone calls. You are having to call them several times for them to follow through.

I wouldn’t say anything bad about this place. Nothing crazy, the doctors and nurses were very kinda however the front receptionists seemed a bit annoyed. I’m sure they deal with the same stuff everyday so I can’t blame them. Expect maybe an hour wait time.
