Worst urgent care experience ive ever had. I saw J Couch and he was very rude and not helpful at all.

Went in with a head cold, Dr Kim was very thorough with her assessment and made sure to get me the right meds covered by my insurance prescribed quickly and efficiently. I was only there for an hour tops, with waiting room time included. The staff and nurses were very kind and helpful as well.

Urgent care is not the name this place should go by. I had to wait the better part of an hour on a walk-in appointment with seemingly two people ahead of me. Once I was in the actual room to receive care, it was nearly another hour of …
