Absolutely disgusting. Sticky floors plastic bags all over the place, slushy straws were soaked.

4 employees working, standing around chatting or outside smoking. Coffee counters disgusting mess, had to empty grounds to make coffee, floor dirty and sticky. This store is getting as bad as the one on 183rd & Harlem. Customer service is getting worse as each day passes.
