Great Job ! Everything is clean, and staff is friendly. I love an extra thick shakes, every time I go to this Dairy Queen and get a strawberry shake, it comes extra thick with lots of strawberry. Can't ask for anything better. Great food …

First time I ever walked out due to poor service. Never expected Monroe service in Madison. I understand being short handed, but the cashier needs to let her brother know when your busy, it's not the time to joke around. I was hungry and craving DQ....but I left without ordering.
