Called corporate and was told that sometimes they just put energy drinks just to fill spots. They don't honor the posted signs. So don't believe them. Update (I haven't been back with no reason to believe that it will change, The funny thing is my monthly budget for things of this nature is 109.00 a month sometimes more. )
