Had a fan clutch attempting to ghost itself, threatening a tow bill. I have a great relationship with the Wright City location, I was near Mount Vernon, these guys had the part, and had it installed in just a couple hours! Every dealing I have with Gateway is always great and I highly recommend them! Customer service was top notch
