You need to make sure the food you serve is hot. My whopper Jr. was so cold it was like it was taken straight out of the fridge and placed on the bun.

One of the worst place here in usa they sell stale food . Dont come here you will not forgive yourself. They just kept the bun in open not in fridge or somewhere inside . The food they selling is expired and stale
