about 10min after I ordered, they asking me if I did an order or just sitting there..Service is terrible, it's my second visit here pretty much same long waiting time fir no reason

Disgusting, rude customer service. Over charged me for bacon because she forgot to put it on my order and didn't know how to ring up just bacon on a separate order.

Couldn’t order at drive through kiosk and had to drive to window. Lady definitely not caring to be at work. Paid over $14 for the food and literally got around 10 damn French fries. Not worth the time to turn around and complain. Steer clear of this place and just head to What-A-burger.
