Can I give 10 stars to James for customer service? He really makes Arby's drive thru the best! Food at this location is hot and fresh. Other employees at this location are great too.

Ordered a#4 was told they had no eggs. Manager told cashier to change it to #1 no idea why it’s not what I wanted. They were not prepped when they opened. Manager was putting oil to the fryers. Needs robots asap!!

I'm all for portion control but this is ridiculous. What can you expect for $2.19 with today's bidenomics. It taste good tho so I'm happy about that, but those should be 2 for $2.50 in my opinion.
